Sound familiar?

Three situations this service is built for.

  • Supply and price set by guesswork

  • No vesting, so early investors can sell on day one

  • A board asking what the company gives away

What you get

Allocated, Priced and Released On Your Terms

Working sessions with your leadership, a model you can interrogate, and a document your board and your counsel can approve before the token launch.

  1. 01

    Token utility

What the holder gets: access, discounts, revenue rights or membership. The utility drives everything else.

  2. 02

    Supply and allocation

Total supply and how it is split between investors, the company, the team and reserves.

  3. 03

    Pricing and rounds

Price per round: private, public and any seed round, with the discount logic explained.

  4. 04

    Vesting and lock-ups

When each group's tokens are released, so nobody can flood the market on listing day.

  5. 05

    Treasury and liquidity plan

What the company holds, what goes to the exchange for trading, and how it is managed.

  6. 06

    Financial model

A spreadsheet with the projections and every assumption visible, for your finance team and your board.

  7. 07

    Weekly working sessions

Each decision taken with you, in a call, with daily follow-up between sessions.

FAQ

The Questions a CEO Asks About Tokenomics

Straight answers. Anything else, ask on the first call.

Existing modelWe already have tokenomics. Can you revise them?

Yes. We review the model against what investors and platforms will question, and rework the parts that need it. This is often the first engagement for companies that announced a token before they had a team.

OwnershipDo investors get equity?

No. A token is not a share in your company. Investors buy a token tied to your product or service. Your cap table and your board stay as they are.

PricingHow is the token priced?

From the company's value, the amount you want to raise and what comparable offerings have done. The private round prices lower than the public sale, with longer vesting in return.

VestingWhy does vesting matter to us?

Vesting releases investor and team tokens on a schedule after the token generation event (TGE). Without it, early buyers can sell on listing day, which hurts every later holder and your reputation. Our TMX Vest product runs the schedule once it is agreed.

AdvisorsWe advise companies. Can we bring a client?

Yes. Book the consultation and bring your client's project. Boutique investment banks, IR firms and uplisting advisors take the same first step.

Design the Terms Before Anyone Signs

A senior partner walks through what you want to raise and what you want to keep, then tells you what the model needs and what the stage costs.
