Why a token launch

Growth Capital That Leaves Your Cap Table Untouched

Token fundraising is not an equity round. A token is not a share in your company: investors buy access to your product or service, and you keep the business you built.

  • Ownership
    Token offering: You keep 100%
Equity round: You sell a share
    Bank debt: You keep 100%
  • Who invests
    Token offering: Global crypto investors
    Equity round: VCs and angels
    Bank debt: One lender
  • Repayment
    Token offering: None
    Equity round: None
    Bank debt: Principal plus interest
  • Time to close
Token offering: 3 to 6 months
Equity round: 6 to 12 months
Bank debt: 2 to 4 months
  • Control after the raise
    Token offering: Board unchanged
    Equity round: New board seats
    Bank debt: Covenants
  • What investors read
    Token offering: Whitepaper and audit
Equity round: Deck and data room
    Bank debt: Accounts and security

What it costs

Clear Fees and Named Third-Party Costs

You see our fee and every outside cost before you commit to a stage. No percentage of the raise hidden in a service fee, no pressure to sign.

Our fee

Fixed fee

Quoted in writing after the assessment.

  1. 1A fixed fee per stage, quoted before you commit to it
  2. 2One senior team accountable across every stage
  3. 3Weekly reporting to you and your advisors

Published track record

Published engagements ranged from USD 11,800 to USD 400,000, with capital raised 13.1x to 61.2x the fee. Source

Third-party costs, paid at cost

These go to the provider, not to us. We name each one in the engagement letter and agree the amount with you before it is incurred.

  • Independent audit

The audit firm reviews the token contract. Investors and platforms expect the report before the sale.

  • Legal opinion

Your counsel, or specialist counsel we introduce, confirms how the token is classified in your market.

  • Platform fees

The launchpad charges a listing fee and, on some platforms, a share of the amount raised. Terms differ by platform and are agreed before you sign.

  • Exchange listing

Exchanges charge to list a token for trading. The fee depends on the exchange and is paid to them directly.

  • Market maker

The market maker is paid by fee, by a loan of tokens, or both. We negotiate the terms; you contract with them.

FAQ

The Questions a CEO Asks About a Token Launch

Straight answers. Anything else, ask on the first call.

OwnershipDo investors get equity?

No. A token is not a share in your company. Investors buy a token tied to your product or service. Your cap table and your board stay as they are.

CostWhat does it cost to start?

The first engagement is a short feasibility assessment with a fixed fee, quoted before you commit. You decide stage by stage after that. Published engagements ranged from USD 11,800 to USD 400,000, with capital raised 13.1x to 61.2x the fee.

TimelineHow long until we raise?

Most programmes run three to six months from kick-off to the public sale, depending on what is already in place: product, legal opinion and audience. A private round can close earlier. GoMeat's closed in six weeks.

RegulationIs this regulated in our market?

Rules differ by country and by how the token is structured. The assessment covers your jurisdiction and the structure that fits it, and we work with your counsel or introduce specialist counsel where needed.

TeamWhat if we have no Web3 team?

That is the usual starting point. We become your Web3 department, so your own team keeps running the business while we run the raise.

AdvisorsWe advise companies. Can we bring a client?

Yes. Book the consultation and bring your client's project. Boutique investment banks, IR firms and uplisting advisors take the same first step.

Tell Us About the Company. We Will Tell You If a Token Launch Fits.

A senior partner reviews your details and proposes a time. On the call you get a first view on structure, timeline and what the first step costs. No obligation.

  • A fixed fee, quoted in writing
  • No percentage of your raise
