Why a token launch

Growth Capital That Leaves Your Cap Table Untouched

Token fundraising is not an equity round. A token is not a share in your company: investors buy access to your product or service, and you keep the business you built.

  • Ownership
    Token offering: You keep 100%
Equity round: You sell a share
    Bank debt: You keep 100%
  • Who invests
    Token offering: Global crypto investors
    Equity round: VCs and angels
    Bank debt: One lender
  • Repayment
    Token offering: None
    Equity round: None
    Bank debt: Principal plus interest
  • Time to close
Token offering: 3 to 6 months
Equity round: 6 to 12 months
Bank debt: 2 to 4 months
  • Control after the raise
    Token offering: Board unchanged
    Equity round: New board seats
    Bank debt: Covenants
  • What investors read
    Token offering: Whitepaper and audit
Equity round: Deck and data room
    Bank debt: Accounts and security

FAQ

The Questions a CEO Asks Before the First Call

Straight answers. Anything else, ask on the first call.

OwnershipDo we give up equity?

No. A token is not a share in your company. Investors buy a token tied to your product or service, your cap table stays as it is, and your board does not change.

CostWhat does it cost to start?

The first engagement is a short feasibility assessment with a fixed fee, quoted before you commit to anything. You decide stage by stage after that. Third-party costs such as the audit and platform fees are named separately, never hidden in ours.

RegulationIs this regulated in our market?

Rules differ by country and by how the token is structured. The assessment covers your jurisdiction and the structure that fits it, and we work with your counsel or introduce specialist counsel where needed.

TimelineHow long until we raise?

Most token fundraising programmes run three to six months from kick-off to the public sale, depending on what is already in place: product, legal opinion and audience.

TeamWhat if we have no Web3 team?

That is the usual starting point. We become your Web3 department: tokenomics, audit, whitepaper, investor introductions and the public campaign, handled by one senior team accountable for the outcome.

ScopeWe just want to launch a token. Do we need the whole programme?

No. Each stage is its own engagement, and many clients start with the one they are missing: a tokenomics review, an audit or the launchpad. The assessment tells you which parts of the token launch you already have and which you do not.

ReadinessHave a whitepaper but no audit yet?

Bring what you have. We review the contract, the whitepaper and the plan, tell you what investors will question, and fix it before the sale opens. Results are decided before the sale, not during it.

FitWho is not a fit?

Crypto-native founders, token-only ideas, memecoins and companies that already run an in-house Web3 team. We add the most value for an established business that wants capital without giving up equity.

AdvisorsWe advise companies. Can we bring a client?

Yes. Book the consultation and bring your client's project. Boutique investment banks, IR firms and uplisting advisors take the same first step.

Tell Us About the Company. We Will Tell You If a Token Raise Fits.

A senior partner reviews your details and proposes a time for a first call.

  • A fixed fee, quoted in writing
  • No percentage of your raise
